just got back from the game. The crowd wasn't as raucous compared to 2006. heh, zzz so tired. I'll be going again on Tuesday for Japan vs. Korea. I hope that one will be a good one 😛.

I agree. It is awesome! I think part of the reason is because the countries that are really into it are the Latin American countries and the Asian countries. However, the 2nd round games are held in the US. If the 2nd round games are held in Venezuela, or Japan, the place would be sold out and going wild. Hell, even the Canada vs. USA game at the Rogers Centre was an awesome atmosphere with all the Canadian fans.
 
Last licks for the US team. The WBC has been quite entertaining so far. Disappointed in the crowd for tonights game though a lot of that is the crapola stadium and its location..then again last nights PR vs Ven game had a bigger and much louder crowd. I expect Petco Park to be packed for the Korea vs Japan game.

Its a joke dude. I'm actually rooting for Romero. If PR goes to the finals or wins it will help the sport on the island. Its taken a bit of a hit the past few years.
