I had to work today so I cooked big on Xmas eve.I made a marinated pork roast,sauteed peppers,celerly,carrots,pea pods tossed with almonds.Cheese bread,cherry cobbler.There were also cookies,pie,danish,candy,chips,nuts,eggnog,good rum and brandy.I am a good cook and I can lay out a helluva meal! 😀

If it's gonna be a cheat day make it a memorable one! 😛

Sprite Fried Turkey
1 15 lb. Turkey
2 cans of Sprite
2 Tblsp Salt, pepper
2 Tblsp Paprika
2 Tblsp Season Salt
2 gallons of peanut oil or vegetable oil

Deep fried turkey, stuffing, green bean casserole, butternut squash, ham, black olives, pickles, pumpkin pie, and diet pepsi. 🙂

OK, I win this one. 🙂 I had a whole Lobster with twice-baked tators, grilled veggies, and some fine Chardonnay with some fancy French tart for desert.

Christmas kicked butt this year. 😀
