I guess now we can breathe a collective sigh of content because we get a piece of the action we've missed for 12 years. Mothing like being at a sports bar with all the TVs turned to CNN, people drinking beers and devising fantasy military strategies between a booth and a chicken wing.

It doesn?t make any sense to me. The b52 f117 the stealth bomber is designed to fly at night. Its day time they are fully visible why would they attack now??

They will carry cruise missiles close to the border, then will launch them towards targets...

a jdam can glide pretty far iirc

15 Mile range, too close...

Just heard it was a tomahawk cruise missile which striked near bagdhad at some Iraqi leaders. Not the beginning of the campaign but a target of opportunity. heard on fox news, quoted from us intelligence.

CNN is still claiming AA fire is still continuing, however the noises from the primary BaghdadCam sound like birds, buses, typical morning noises in any metropolis. (just heard cars beeping)

Not the start of the shock and awe, but the white house has confirmed that it's started.
