Aren't the news outlets confirming that it's a chemical plant, but aren't sure at this time if it's a chemical weapons factory? Conflicting reports and confusion seem to be the rule right now about this chem plant. Either way though, 100 acres is a lot whether it's for weapons or not.

And to the anti-war nutcase who said he's glad that some marines got killed...STFU and GTHOOH.

Can't imagine why there would be Iraqi officers guarding it. It was camoflaged and covered in a sheet-metal lining that was booby-trapped.

Doesn't take much to figure out the intentions behind those chemicals.

The media is being SOO cautious about this it's making me sick. I have heard 5 million times since this story broke "WE DON'T KNOW what kind of chemicals are in the plant" WTF? What other kind of chemical plant is surrounded by an electrical fence, gaurded by soldiers and run by a freakin general?

AND HOW IN THE HELL Can you not find a plant that large? Because it was painted BROWN?? Are they kidding?
