I just cancelled my Packet8 account because of the missing name on the caller id. I'm thinking about signing up with Vonage now. I have one question though. If I cancel within the trial period, is the activation fee refunded?

If so, I could use a referral.

as for your refund question, call 1-vonagehelp and they'd be glad to help you with that question. I'm not sure...maybe someone else is?
