Does anyone know of a US online store that would ship internationally ? (ie Australia). Haven't heard or seen any info of stores over here starting to stock the venice core.

Cheers and thanks for any help 🙂

I think Zipzoomfly sells internationally. I know they ship to Canada

We ship internationally, one of my sales reps would happily get you a shipping quote.

so MonarchJoe you said the 3700+ 1mb San Diego OEM will be shipping sooner then the may 6th date you have on your store's site? i think iread in this thread that it should get to you in 6 days so that makes it well before the may 6th date? i preordered it, so im just wondering when i should be expecting it. sorry if i read it wrong. thanks

At this point I'm expecting all of the Rev E OEM chips in the end of next week.

I'm thinking of replacing my winnie with one of these cores. What are everyone's opinions on which core is better? Does the extra l2 cache of the SD justify the extra cost? Is that the only difference between the two?

The San Diego is also a different core material. it uses sSOI versus DSL+SOI of the Venice. Basically SD is an underclocked FX

true true ... what is the purpose for this .. does this mean that the SD's have better yeilds further down the road, and therfore will OC better ???

Now that is the defining question 😛

MonarchJoe,

Can you confirm wether or not the shipment from singapore you were talking about has actually shipped yet? No update from you today, buddy. Makes me nervous. 😛

just a thought... but maybe monarchjoe only works mon-fri which is why we havent gotten any response from him today. or not.

Joe,

Are all chips coming in and shipping this week? From your website, it looks like 3200 and 3700 are coming a week later.

Also, what is the timing for combo's based on the Rev E's? Same as components?

Thanks much

Yes, I'm a Mon-Fri person nowadays. Much better than the old Sun-Fri Schedule. 🙂

Shipment has occured, so now lets all hope that everything arrives safe and sound!
