I'm catching it live tomorrow. Anybody else? :)

I'm rooting for FC Porto, although Henrik Larsson is one of my favourite strikers. :)

Are they going to be broadcast in USA?
ESPN or fox? or none?

I just hope can find soccer channel here in USA since football are offseason.

Just can't wait to watch Champion league final between AC Milan vs. Juventus.

I take AC Milan.
Viva Milan. :)

Joohang make a poll... lets what ya people think. "Place your bet's Gentleman, it's the final round of the evening..."

Personally I think Porto will kick some Celtic ass...

Is it on TV? Time and channel?

Only Fox Sports World has the exclusive rights to broadcast the UEFA Cup in North America.

It's on at Fox Sports World US/Canada right now. It started around 11:45am PDT and we are on half-time break right now.

I gotta go home and catch (recorded) Milan kicking Roma's ass 4-1 in Coppa Italia. :)

A bit too late now that Porto already scored one, but I'll do it for the Champions League final thread. Besides, I can't add a poll after I created a new thread.

ahhhh celtic were a bit unlucky i though. Porto were basically a bunch of pansy cheaters. They kept diving and faking injuries.

both teams guilty of bad defending at times
Porto got a couple of lucky breaks in front of goal
A very evenly matched game I thought, great entertainment

What is the procedure to get a thread ***OFFICIAL*** and ***CONFIRMED***? Just total boredom and lack of creativity, or is there some paperwork involved?

what matters is the end result, Porto scored more goals so they won the match, Celtic played well but forgot how to defend, IMO

That's not a very fair assessment either, dude.

Both teams were very tight on defense for much of the first half, but they learned to exploit each other later on. Overall, I recall that Porto attacked a bit more often than Celtic, but Celtic launched quite a few attacks and threatened Porto in many occasions.

I don't know what snow patrol means by Porto being pansy cheaters. I actually developed a lot of respect to many Porto players because some of their key players were injured prior to the match but did their best to continue on.
