So when is Jack gonna realize that pretty much every hour, on the hour, something bad goes down? :) I'd love it if next episode at like 8:55 PM he's like "Aw crap, it's almost 9, some sh*t's gonna go down soon, I know it."

Eh, it sounded funny to type in my head...

I can't wait till the last ep when Hopper and Sutherland have their show-down... ;)

Come on... you KNOW that's going to happen... ok well, perhaps that then is a reason it won't happen. :)

Have they ever been in a movie together? hmmm...

I know LDP and Sutherland have... Young Guns!

And prior to that Hopper kills LDP's character and Sutherland kills Hopper's son....

Kim will probably do something stupid as well. ;)

No, I don't think the final episode is in two weeks.

It's the "beginning of the end" so to speak

Thoughts on Another Great Episode:

- Kim is not a great actor. That scene where she's all tough against that chick made me laugh
- Is Palmer gonna bang that assistant chick? He should, even though she has horse teeth.
- Kim kidnapped again?!?!??!? AAAAhhhhhh
- Again no Keith... this makes me happy :)
- I was wondering how Bauer was going to get out of getting killed once they got out of the bunker.. bringing up Alexis was a good move.
- That chick that Kim almost fought has a sweet ass. :D

Hmm, I oughta bitchslap myself for not noticing the sweet ass.

I found Kim's actiing job in that scene acceptable in the sense that there's no way she would've been believable as someone that could kick ass. I was actually thinking all the chicks in the jail cell would bust out laughing at her and her lame attempt at acting street tough.

Tonight's was a good episode. But what the hell is this crap with Kim getting kidnapped again? This is getting ridiculous...honestly. I like the Jack Bauer part and stuff but this crap her or her mom gets kidnapped every 3 episodes is just plain stupid. Man I was so hoping for that field team to go in there and whoop some commie @$$ :p And you'd think they would set up a perimeter instead of all going in through one entrance

Well, if you want to nitpick, I think there could have been more than 1 team, and the others set up the perimeter. ;) After all, one of the Serb soldiers said there was 12 "hostiles", but I dont think I saw more than 6 traipsing around inside the compound.

Regulators....mount up! Hahah..I wish they hadn't killed off LDP so fast. I liked the old Young Guns team idea. They could probably use Billy the Kidd to come in and help shoot up the terrorists, I wonder if Emilio is busy?

I liked this weeks episode. I didn't get to pay attention to the whole thing. Had like 8 phone calls that I had to take or make during the show. Seemed good though. Palmer's assistant see's what's up with him and the wife, she wants to earn her presidential kneepads and ensure a staff job in the white house. They've made Palmer out to be too upstanding to give the staff to the staffer :D

One thing I don't buy is the public embracing his honesty. If something remotely like this happened irl, he would have tanked and would have not won.

Kim getting kidnapped again is silly too. The "street" girl melinda, I think is a great looking girl except for the nose ring and the tattoo. I don't mind a pierced nose as long as it's a small stud, and I don't dig girls with the tribal arm tat's, if it's hidden on her hip, or her back maybe that's great :)

I think one of jack, terri, nina or kim dies. I think it would make the show better if one did, and it wasn't a typical hollywood happy ending in the last episode.

And a suggestion, new thread next new episode :)

I agree with The Dancing Peacock (hehe... cool name) about making a new thread per episode. This one is just getting confusing.

Also, about the CTU guys all going into the bunker through one entrance. Is anyone really surprised by this? I've come to the conclusion that the tactical CTU units are not the brightest of the bunch. They die easily and put themselves in easy-to-kill situations. I wouldn't have been surprised if one of them just jumped into the sewer pipe without checking it out first and get blown to bits.

This is silly... a new thread should have been started for the new episode.

Anyway, I think those people commenting on the nice looking girl in prison was Melanie, Dan's GF, yes? Not that ugly-ass street punk b1tch :p

Also about all the commandos going through at once... probably just a director's oversight... they dont show you whats happening "above" at that time, so you can assume they have a backup team standing by either in the humvee or in the heli. ;)

One glaring error in the episode:

How did Kim get the telephone number to the CTU conference room where her mom was at the end of the episode?

She just dialed it like it was committed to memory or on the cop's speed dial. The cop hadn't even heard of CTU so he wouldn't have known the number, and I'm sure an agency such as CTU would not go around handing out phone numbers for their conference rooms.

That was a good ending besides that error. My wife and I were both sitting there thinking that there is only 20 seconds left so nothing else is going to happen. They will just show Kim sitting in the back of the police car and then do the window thing and show where everyone is. No, they had to have a van hit the police car and kidnap Kim. With hooks like this, it's no wonder that this continues to be one of the best shows on TV in a long time.

By the way, didn't Fox say a while ago that 24 would run every week until the end? Now they decide not to show it next week? Could it be so they can have a 2 hour finale during sweeps?

Well... this just follows the "magic cell phone" theory of 24. Everyone has a neverending battery that can make calls all day. They work no matter where you are... including in bunkers. Oh, and everyone knows everyone else's number by heart.

Also, when they called in the swat team to raid the bunker... they claimed to be "15 minutes" away, then like 2 minutes later they were storming the bunker. If their biggest hook is that things are happening in real time, they should pay more attention to details such as this
