I get the feeling that the show intervened at that last airport scene. There's no way any regular person could get them to let you board that plane on such short notice, especially after they closed the doors and pulled that walkway away from the plane.

I'm glad they won, but you know the ending wouldn't have been interesting if they didn't make it on the plane. It just looked too odd for me.

I thought that too. I mean, they realized that it wouldn't be interesting if only one team made it on that flight and they fought for second.

And that in turn allows Uchenna and Joyce to win. At least Rob can go home knowing that if the show didn't intervene, they would have won.

Like he said, he's got Amber, who is a quite the hottie.

Edit: Rob and Amber are also probably getting some good money for having their wedding being televised.

U&J were awesome and deserved to win

i can't believe they got on that plane though, amazing!!

i missed the first half hour of the 2nd hour of the show, we were watching the first hour and the DVR didn't start recording the 2nd hour, and so it was half over by the time we caught up

I've seen it happen before. Like they said, generally it's up to the pilot. They'll ask him, and if he says okay, they will do it. They do it occasionally if you watch Airline on A&E too. It is rare though.
