That episode started off well, but it petered out at the end. I wonder wtf the guys' team did while waiting for the legal department to decide on their stupid sweepstakes idea. Gee, let's just sit around and wait and not bother to come up with Plan B. They lucked out.

As for the womens' team, I thought that the end was very anti-climatic. With all the build-up, I thought that The Donald was going to fire two people or move Crazy Stacy to the other team or something.

And really, couldn't Mike Piazza put on a decent T-shirt for $12k? Or at least pretend to be interesting since he had to know that it would later be broadcast on national television?

haha, I was thinking the same thing. and IIRC it was 20k

I think the women's team is pretty weak... there's constant fighting going on between all the team members... when Bradford was there, he would be the one calming the others down, or make them work together... but with him gone now, it's just chaos... It's not a team anymore...

The guys team on the other hand, seems to be working pretty well together...

Originally they said 20k, but it ended up being $12.5k for 30 minutes.

so what rules did they break? I missed it last night, I hope they will do a rerun this sat morning.

Pretty weak episode overall. The "rules were broken" when Trump asked one of the people sent to boardroom to go and bring the rest of the team back to validate a claim against a teammate.

maria totally lied and didn't take any responsibility for her crappy deal. how does a deal for $1850 become $6800?! wtf!

they didn't try to argue with guy at all.

oh and a side question,

is it just me, or is the sound effects/soundtrack too loud in that show??

I can hardly hear the dialouge, if I increase the volume, the sound effects will overwhelm the dialouge

I think it's hilarious how they have the trumpet fanfare when he first comes down the escalator in each episode.

Piazza looked like he totally didnt want to be there... and I hated how that chick said his name.

YES, that drove my gf and I completely nuts. "Oh New York is crazy about Mike Pee-ah-zaa." Gee, if you like him so much, maybe you'd figure out how to pronounce his name.

They brought the team back in the boardroom to gang up on crazy Stacy. Pretty lame given the build-up

So these people are qualified on the Mental State of another person?

This Stacy that got ganged up on seems to me has a case for a Lawsuit.

They really know how to pick the black women on this show, huh?

Easy now .. the Donald has yet to figure out how to comb his hair. One step at a time.

The episode wasn't too bad.

Staci deserved to be fired. It was only a matter of time. Imagine what her friends (if she has any) are gonna say when she gets back home.

What were those girls thinking when they brought a little van to pick up 20,000 tubes of tooth paste 3 minutes before the storage facility closed?

The idea to have a 'famous' endorser was good, choosing Piazza was stupid. What do you think a Piazza autographed Crest box goes for on ebay? $20?
The million dollar giveaway was also good. The $5000 alternative was also good. All those performers were pretty lame. And that 'vegas' showgirl was fugly and had a nasty stomach.

Piazza's better than LL Cool J, imo (which is no slight to LL, I just don't think his recognition level is as high these days).

Wonder how much Jeter would've been.

i have NO idea why they did not mention this, but mentioned her insanity. this could have potentially screwed them over so bad, and who knows how much they wasted in their budget renting this van.

stacie was gonna go eventually, but i thought maria should have received a LOT more blame because she was the reason why the team lost.

Yeah, I think the extended version on Saturday will probably touch on that a bit more.

Plus Maria blinks WAY too much.

One thing I hate about the womens' team is how everyone? talks like this? when they're making? their excuses?

The van is theirs to drive around...its been in every episode so far. They didn't rent the van, though they never did explain how they got all the toothpaste to the event.

retarded episode

gone overbudget and he fired the so called crazy one instead of the one actually f*ckup the figures
Sam from season 1 was even crazier....

stacey j should sue trump + the other catty contestants for informing her future employers that she's "crazy"

Stacie is a destabilizing force on the girl's team. Just her being there handicaps the girl's team. Trump did the right thing.

they never said "crazy". she did.

OK. I shouldn't have read this thread, because I just saw episode 2.

Anyway, Trump firing Brad was purely for shock value and ratings.

I know Trump knows a lot about business, but this isn't really business, it's TV.

Trump's remark that what Brad did would have automatically destroyed a company is wrong. Brad took an unnecessary risk. An unnecessary risk is stupid, but it does not automatically destroy anything.

Just thought I'd throw that in there!

it was an unnecessary risk. He deserved it. besides, he's not that strong of a player anyway. all he is good at is street hustling. Fits his training as a lawyer pretty good.
