i dont understand bradford being so cocky either.. sure he was good at this task, but the last task, he made a really impulse decision and if it wasnt for the mattel ppl saying it doesnt sell well, he would have been screwed. maybe that's why trump fired him, for going out on impulse twice in two episodes.

He was not being cocky, he was simply being confident, and trump CAUSED him to make that impulse decision

Okay, i think Bradford was a great player but what he did was absolutely stupid. He should've just kept quiet - he had it going for him.

I think that Ivana was terrible leader and had no control of the group tonight. But the blonde girl on the other team was worse - she had no sales skills whatsoever when she was selling ice cream.

and I don't consider a Subway store (What Stacie J owns) a restaurant. I know that it technically is, but when I think of restaurant I think of a food establishment with a wait staff.

It's an eatery (which is also another word for restaurant, but atleast its informal), like a food court place at the mall.

Second off, I think you guys have made your point well about Bradford leaving. I understand he make one bold move, and Trump didn't like it. Now I'm not saying Bradford should've won it all, but I just do not see how you choose a terrible, unorganized, unreliable leader over one guy who is confident in what he's done. If it was down to those two at the end, there's no way Ivanna should've won over Bradford. Trump could make Bradford cool down out in the real world and not make stupid mistakes like that, but you can't make a good leader. Was Bradford the best in the game? Probably not. Was he better than Ivanna atleast. YES.

The reasoning Trump used to fire Bradford is very flawed for many reasons. Trump's reasoning was that Bradford made a stupid/impulsive decision, by giving something up for nothing and that in turn would translate to a stupid/impulsive decision on a management level. The flaw here is that Bradford gave up immunity because he had confidence in his performance, and did not have to rely on his immunity to not get fired. While Bradford's decision was impulsive, in a "15 week interview" this should definatly not be one of the things that brought him down. Bradford's confidence is what ultimately fired him... while the poor project management, and team work of the players are overlooked.

Brad should have said what he said in the Taxi, in the meeting. He stated that he thought he was the general and should go into battle with his troops, an act of solidarity. He never mentioned that in the board room... all he said was "Hey, I'm a cocky sonofabitch, and I dont need no stinkings immunity!" Byebye BRAD.

Running a business involves taking risk based on informed decisions. Giving up immunity is an absolutely foolish risk considering the criteria for being fired are not fully known. It was an impulsive decision with no clear benefit and lots of downside. Trump does not value people who make foolish imulsive decisions like this. He was right to fire Bradford. Bradford is clearly not going to be there at the end and terminating him now sends a VERY strong message to the remaining contestants that stupidity, impulsiveness and talking back will NOT be tolerated.

To go back to my point on taking risks based on informed decisions. Trump fired a contestant who was a very strong 1 to 1 salesman but an impulsive leader who would not be a likely winner. Risk to Trump: zero. The rewards to this decision: sends a message to remaining contestants, ensures the water cooler talk will be about his show today, leaves the drama queens in the show another week, ups the ratings - MAKES HIM MORE MONEY.

This was a fantastic decision.
