I think Trump is going to regret this decision. I get the feeling that he thought Jen was more qualified for the job, but he gave in to the popularity vote for Kelly.
 
Jen has the most potential, but the don went with the tried and true...which translates to:

Kelly: he'll get the job done, but maybe not spectacular
Jen: she'll get the job done, but she's too much of a risk

I don't think there's much to regret when it comes to these apprentices... they can't possibly fvck it up badly enough for regret.

I understand what you mean about the amount of responsibility the apprentice actually has in the project they're given, but I meant that he'll regret not following his own gut and letting himself be put into the position of going against the crowd on live television. I'm sure he was imagining the negative reaction if he chose Jennifer. If he's smart he won't use that format for the finale next time, but it sounds like "who do you like best" is going to be what the Apprentice 3 is all about - "Book smarts versus street smarts".
