just a thought, wouldnt it be cool if someone who was positive they were going to be fired, resigns right before trump gets a chance to fire him/her? 'i'm sorry trump, but i resign, i refuse to work for a shmuck like you who cant recognize real talent when he sees it.' heh, i doubt the producers would let something like that happen, but it'd be pretty cool!

I don't think that is all he bases he decision on. The board room on TV takes all of 5 minutes? The actual board room takes a hell of lot longer and Trump even talks to producers before he decides to fire.

i'm going to miss raj SO much. he was my absolute favorite, and he went out in raj style, asking for robin's number.

*sigh* that contractor sucked ass, i couldn't believe it. the downstairs looked fine, the upstairs was in complete disarray.

Note to future Apprentice contestants...

If Donald Trump leads you in a direction... i.e. "Do you want Chris to join you, as well, now that he's made such a stupid statement?"... Ummm, DO IT!

I had a feeling Raj was doomed when he decided to make a 4 bedroom house into a 3 bedroom house.

He did the major screw up by turning a 4 bedroom into a 3 bedroom.
WTF was he thinking ??
I don;t know about other people but beside location, the first thing I look for a house is how many bedroom it has.
He might be a PIMP but what an IDIOT especially when hes in the real estate field too.
4 bedroom...3 bedroom....MORON.

Hes in the real estate field leading the team in a real estate task and they lost.
He derserves to be fired. No brainer there.

Ivana needs to go.

Still not sure why Raj insisted a 3 bedroom home is better than a 4 bedroom. That makes no sense.

Haha, seriously.

If I was in the boardroom, I would:

a. Speak as little as possible, unless spoken to.
b. Follow every one of Trump's suggestions.

Why is this so difficult for the participants to learn?

A 4 bedroom house with zero bathrooms on the second floor is WORTHLESS!

If their contractor had finished the bathroom, not mudded up the stairs, and done all the little crapped he missed, the appraisers would have found another 2-3% of value and the game goes the other way...

Agreed. As much as I like Raj, he really screwed up on this task. I think his ultimate undoing was shouldering too much of the blame and not attacking the people he brought with him into the boardroom.

Also, nice work by Andy this week bringing in the second contractor to help seal the deal for his team. After last week's performance and that critical move this week, he's looking better and better.

Agreed!!!! They NEEDED a second bathroom there.

"The first thing we need to do is get rid of this wall and make it a three bedroom home..."
"Uh, I don't think that's a good idea."
"No, no, knocking down a wall is easy!"

Still don't know why he thought three bedrooms was going to be better than four.

Sandy's home turned out well on the outside and on the inside. Raj's house looked like a fixer-upper.

I don't understand why all the hate towards Ivana ... I agree she did bad when she was a PM but other than that I don't see what other major mistakes she's done? I was rooting for Raj as well but when you look at what Raj and Ivana has done, there's not one that did better than the other.

Not even...

A bathroom definitely does NOT equal a bedroom, in an equal size home.

You ever tried getting in ONE bathroom with 4 people in the house? Especially in the morning. And who wants to go downstairs just to use the bathroom?

What stupid moron turns a 4 bedroom into a 3 bedroom house? LOL> 😀

Still..........Raj didn't deserve to get fired. The guy who recommended the contractor should have been tossed. He vouched for the contractor..........In Mafialand, when you vouche for someone and doesn't turn up good, you're fishfood.......the same should apply in this scenario. Using that analogy, BOTH should have been fired. 😉

Oh, I agree completely... I'm just saying that it wouldn't add to the value of the house.

Also, I believe there was already an unfinished bathroom up there... It's not like they could've done all the necessary plumbing and elecrical work in that amount of time.

He just turned two smaller bedrooms into a huge one.

Funny, everyone loved Raj, including myself, and some even disagree with Trump's decision. However, had Ivana or another team member been the PM it would have been acceptable.

Raj fvcked up plain and simple.

Ivana is lucky to be on the show, yes, but how in the world is Kevin still on? He has done absolutely fvck all.

I like Andy, but Kelly has a good chance of winning.
