Went to go watch it last night in a sneak preview. It was put on by Cox Communications in Atlanta and they had personalities from various radio stations there giving away free stuff. Pretty cool.
Overall, I'd give the movie a 7.5/10.
It was good. Defiantly worth watching but not amazing as I had hoped it would be. I thought it was pretty much like the first one but with more action and a different villian. The fight scenes were much cooler in this one. But the story reminded me of the first one. Just a two hour long story about Peter Parker and how he debates about being Spiderman. How he wants MJ but he can't tell her. Sound familair? It still has those SUPER cheesy moments when the theatre will probably laugh at what they say and question if they just said what they said. Some of the script was just comical when it wasn't trying to be.
Some things that I thought were cool were the introduction of some future villians. Also I'd be interested to see the next one and see how people react to knowing that Parker is Spiderman. It was also very funny when it tried to be funny eg. what happens during the rain drops keep falling on my head song.
