Oh I wasn't trying to downplay Cousins at all. He's a beast.

BTW, you touched on something I kind of hate about college basketball right now. The NBA really needs to get rid of that stupid rule that basically forces NBA caliber players go to college for a year (we all know the really good ones aren't going to the dev league). There's no reason Wall or Cousins should be playing for Kentucky right now. Frankly it kind of taints the college game imho. But that's another discussion entirely I suppose.

I'm only picking on Wall/Cousins because we're talking UK. There are others out there who shouldn't even be wearing a college jersey. It's just not the same anymore.

I love March Madness. It doesn't necessarily produce the best team winning every game (if they played 100 times how many times would Northern Iowa beat Kansas?) but it definitely produces the greatest entertainment value of any other post-season tournament.

The final champion is usually really good and deserving however. Check the list of recent champions, each loaded with talent (NBA talent):

I'm doing ok so far. In first place with 34 correct and a total of 45 corrrect still possible. Fortunately I have Kentucky as my champion while the 3 guys just below me have Kansas. We'll see how things go this week though.

I'm doing about as good as I usually do at this point... My tourney picks usually survive until the semi's, and then my bracket suddenly gets decimated.

That's why I call them "UltimateBob's Losing Picks" every year :)
