Yeah, let's develop an energy program for china, that's the answer!
Sell them something instead of just buying shit from them??

Why would china buy our energy program?

To make their energy program better.

They're more than capable of stealing the technology without paying for it.

Earth to Obama many hospitals have had electronic medical records for over a half a decade.

But not many have a fully electronic medical record. As in at least 95% or greater paperless.

No doubt. More like, Earth to quest...we have a looooong way to go before most hospitals have a fully paperless system.

You will never get rid of the paper. Computer systems do go down you know. I would never stay at a hospital that has 0 paper.

Yea, my hospital is essentially fully paperless. Only thing on paper is patient labels, a facesheet and a few random other things. and once the patient is discharged it's electronically scanned into their electronic chart and any paper copy is destroyed

B/c they have much worse energy issues than we do.

No, they don't, because they don't suck the nuts of the Sierra club. They just belch smog into the atmosphere.

Wrong. Outside of the major cities, energy infrastructure is sparse and undependable.

Good off the cuff question on health care privaledge/right/responsibility.

And the answers both give doesn't surprise me, nor does someone again going against the debate rules. 🙂
