I'm really curious what this inauguration will look like, considering a large proportion of his supporters are actually ashamed of their own support and likely won't show up for fear of future ridicule when he destroys the country.
The reasons they won't show up is that they're busy raising their families, working jobs, celebrating the inauguration at home with parties and other celebrations or that they fear the anger and violence that are part and parcel of the fringe anti-Trump movement. Who wants to put their families in danger from the violent rioters protesting the fact that Donald Trump is our new President?

Yes, i'm sure there are people out there that are worried that the fringe anti-Trump crowd will continue to get even more violent then they already are. That "protests" will devolve into riots and riots will grow increasingly bloody.

I see no reason why people who are no longer Americans and voted for a disgusting bag of shit wouldn't want to celebrate. When I see a bunch of squirming maggots they always look happy to me. Vladimir Putrid got his man in and pond scum rises to the surface. The one thing traitors don't have is shame. The brain of America flat-lined but there's still a pulse. Our forefathers would vomit if they could see what we've become. The turncoats finally won. Give me my party or give me death to my fellow American. The CIA, the government, the media are our enemy and Putin is our God. Praise be to the Lord. We create what we fear. The fucking Commie traitor haters have become the Commie traitors and killed their own country. Lets celebrate.

I get a kick out of taimahal. He's worried about a bullet to the head from the violent rioters. People who just murdered the greatest country on earth maybe do have something to fear.

Save the drama fo' yo' mama.

If you're a Freudian, it came from her anyway, at least the self hate.

"In this scene, Moonbeam kills his father and marries his mother." I was stoned as hell with some buddies after lunch in HS and the teacher played a movie deconstructing Oedipus, we started laughing uncontrollably, the whole class joined in, thought I was going to piss my pants...

You don't know what'cha got.....'till its gone.........
Where's the old FT music note when you need it?
This is what not having hope feels like...
QFT.
In the final sum of things, Obama will go down as one of our best presidents. He has been the epitome of dignity and class in the WH despite the overwhelming and unprecedented shit flung in his direction. History will remember him well. The backlash against him that lead to Trump? Not so much.

Mark my words. On Monday, the EC will fail to protect us and will certify Trump as the winner. The pro-Trump/GOP crowd will celebrate. Nothing good will come of this. Fast forward a few years, and you will have them denying that they supported him and pining for the days of Obama or even (barf..) George "Dubya" Bush. I suppose that to finally get people to see conservatism for the morally bankrupt fraud that it is, the right has to get exactly what it wishes for. When they do, somehow they will keep trying to pin the consequences of their policies on liberals, who opposed Trump and the GOP kicking and screaming throughout this entire election. I just hope that the damage in the mean time isn't so much that we can't go back and fix it, yet again, in 2018/2020.

That was odd, no one ever explained the cancellation.

Simple really. She was in on the Trump win. That also explains why she didn't campaign in swing states like Wisconsin.

My name is Yon Yonson,
I work in Wisconsin,
I work in a lumber mill there...

And so on...

Hillary being in on the Trump win which is why she did such a piss poor job running for President makes more sense than most of the other crap the lefties have been throwing at the walls hoping something sticks.

Yes it's so frightening. Just like the idiot Trumpists showed up to his Thank You tour, where he literally just told them the other day they were a bunch of crazy violent motherfuckers during the election period.

Give me a break. Go to your safe space you fool.

Would you like some links to the violent protests against President - Elect Trump after his election? I can provide those for you, all you have to do after i link them is say "I was wrong Mr. awesome tajmahal sir" . Just give me your word and it's a done deal.

I don't think you speak English well. There were protests post-Trump victory, of which some had violent elements. But nothing extreme or momentous.

Trump had his thank you tour just recently which was well attended I assume. YUGE I'm sure. Where Trump called his followers as violent mofos during the election. And those Thank You tour events will get not nearly the amount of security of an actual inauguration. Not to mention when Obama was elected you had people burning him in effigy, various threats of assassination, and so on and so forth.

You are just making excuses if his inauguration isn't so grand. Cause he is your idol. Cause well, anybody who has Trump as an idol, in my opinion, is a fucking idiot.

Sounds like you are projecting a wet dream.

So anyway, who WILL play the inauguration party?

Lawrence Welk?

Well now that the Electoral College vote is a done deal and the hopes of so many progressives and liberals have been dashed again, it's time to get back to planning an inaugural party.

yea, the floodgates of talent will surely open up now for the drumpf-o-rama

The sad thing is that there are talented people that support Trump, but they can't take the PR hit.

You should be proud, embrace cultures that treat women like shit, but intimidate people who have different politics.

Big tent indeed.

if artists support that bloated orange twatwaffle, so be it. they should own it and be proud of it. Or maybe drumpf is a total fucktard and uses hate and vitriol as a tool, and maybe shouldn't be admired for being a shallow, vindictive, petty assclown.
