Divac is not due because HE already gets burn all the time.
Fisher gets the charge call in his favor a very high percentage of the time because he's a good flooper, but it eventually comes back to bite him in the ass. Divac is not due because he gets bite in the ass plenty of time already.
Vlade is due because he's he's been so blantantly doing it his entire career, it's ridiculous. I used to hate watching him pull that crap as a Laker, just like I hate watching Fisher do it now.
As a matter of fact, I can't think of a player in the NBA with less success at flops than Divac.
That's because no one in the league flops as much as he does. If you flop as much as him, simple percentages are going to say that you are going to have a lot of unsuccesful flops. Vlade uses the shotgun effect, throw out as many flops as he can, and hope one hits. It's like Iverson shooting the ball, just heave up as many as you can, and hope 39% go in.
No, Divac has seriously cut back on flops. Just compare the regular season to now. He was hitting the floor everytime shaq touched the ball. During this series, Divac has spent much more time actually guarding shaq.
He didn't get a chance to pull out the Flopperoo against Shaq as much in this game, because Shaq was in foul trouble most of the game. I did, however, see Vlade flop against Horry, Walker, and Fisher (ironic isn't it?).
That is not true. Shaq gets away with an offensive foul more than anyone in the nba. take a poll here for non laker non kings fan and ask who they think gets away with more offensive fouls than anyone. I think Shaq will come away as the runaway winner. Shaq does bump into Divac hard alot of the time, but instead of flying to the floor as he usually did in the regular season, Divac now tries to stand his ground. Although he still get's knocked back some, his defense and lack of flopping is in large part when Shaq has been semi contained
And Shaq also gets fouled more than anyone in the NBA without getting the calls. Tell you what, let the refs start calling all the offensive fouls on Shaq, but they also have to start calling all the fouls committed on Shaq by the other team. Most teams would be down to like 5 players by the end of the game if that happened. Shaq would adjust, but teams would be hard pressed to defend Shaq consistently without fouling him.
