Prince of Persia: Sands of Time. Good game but I'm sure plenty of people played it since it spawned two sequels! Sands of Time is one of those games were the bloom effects helped the visuals since it gave the persian environments such a warm look.
 
This is the only game I am actively playing right now

Here I am taking my morning constitution: hunting Miasma for some "leet lewt"

plan on starting new char on Oblivion soon using some of the cool new mods (once i build new pc)

One of the best titles released in the past 10 years, and with no multiplayer even.

The proper way to play it is on a PC with a gamepad of some sort. I use a LogiTech dual action, which I bought just for the PoP series. With this combo, I get high-res graphics with AA/AF and surround sound, but am still able to use the superior gamepad controls (3rd person platformers just aren't the best with mouse/keyboard).

Actually, no. The first sequel was such a piece of Garbage precisely because the first didn't sell *fast enough*. It sold well eventually, just not huge numbers out of the gate. If you want to know why the first sequel was horrid, see here:

Penny Arcade

Prince of Persia 2 is a good game in spite of the fact that the developer tried to ruin it. It's like they did their best to burn the entire thing to the ground, but enough of the foundation remains that it's still recognizable. What that means is that the fundamentals of the first game are so good they can withstand being covered in layers of disgusting music, hack writing and monotonous combat.

So, UbiSoft went and teenaged it. The Prince became some generic dark anti-hero guy, Godsmack did the soundtrack (I'm not kidding)...it was horrible.

Luckily, Yannis Mallet and the team that did Sands of Time were brought back to produce the third game in the series, Two Thrones, and did a (mostly) wonderful job with it. There were a couple sections of pure frustration, but the bulk of the game was a return to form.

Played it on Gamecube and loved it. I got the sequel for the PC since I wanted better graphics, but I was disappointed. Graphics were nice, but I missed the charm of the reluctant hero from Sands of Time. Still, its a great game I'd recommend to puzzle/platformer people, yes theres combat too.

Okay, perhaps I'm just dense, but I've been taking tons of screenshots in CoD4, but I have no idea where to find them. I looked all over the C: directory for them but I didn't find anything. Where the heck are they stored?

Printscreen to save the image + Ctrl V into any image editor and you are set. Printscreen saves them to the clipboard.

Ive got absolutely nothing in that folder, maybe those pb things are screenshots? I just used print screen and copy + paste + paint to take my screenshot, good old primitive way.

I might, since I've picked up the xbox360 controller for PC, I've been picking up a lot of last gen titles to play on PC. Not a bad deal spending around 10-15 bucks per title and playing with with settings maxed and AA.
 

You should. It's pretty cheap now ($10 @ Amazon) and there's a lot of good stuff in there. The story's done right, the characters are done right, the gameplay's done right, and they get rid of all the stupid Linkin Park-esque crap that ruined the second game.

It's maxed out at 16x.😕 Sometimes my card reverted to balanced from optimal quality. Maybe I took some shots while this was happening.

Am I the only person who never found Oblivion that impressive graphically? Even maxed out on my 8800GT and with texture mods, it just doesn't take my breath away. Maybe it's because it feels so clunky, I dunno.

Anyway, this shot is by far the best of that batch.
