HD support would've driven the cost of the console up to the range of 360, or worse, PS3, nintendo is going after the casual gaming market, going back to "fun" instead of flashy graphics. i rather have a game that's fun and innovative, the kind of magic i experienced when i first played mario, zelda, tetris, final fantasy, etc, than yet another flashy but overdone FPS

look at how the DS is outselling the PSP these days everywhere, graphics isn't everything. i played my friend's PSP and wanted to cry everytime there's a loading screen.

I'm not a nintendo fanboy, but I applaud them for their latest round of consoles.
