well, you can only hope they prove you wrong. after getting out of the gate 3-0, the Oilers have dumped SEVEN STRAIGHT!! 😕

9 out of their next 10 games are on the road. :Q

we're both in some real competitive divisions. the wins had better start coming soon because playing catch-up down the road will be even tougher this year with goal scoring up.

eh rh...

just wanted to say that i finally signed up to nhl.com's "highlight machine"...

that is probably the best free thing for any hockey fan out there. i encourage everyone to sign up - wow. i can't believe it's free.

anyway as a result i got to see all of Edmonton's highlights, so thanks man. sucks not having cable or satellite and this helps out a TON. now, it would be nice if there were more GOOD Oiler highlights for me to watch... :roll: 😉

So, let's see how good I am at calling B's games...I was dead on last night.

Oh, BTW..I want to know why even in the local media, no one is asking about Zhamnov..

He's been out the ENTIRE REGULAR SEASON with what is supposedly a shoulder bruise he suffered in the last pre-season game. He is not travelling with the team, or skating with them. Why would a shoulder bruise keep him from skating?

We signed this guy long term as our #2 center...and WTF is he? They mention him every once in awhile and just say he's out with that shoulder bruise...

WTF is going on?
 
Very strange. He was selected in the 6th round of our fantasy draft too - haven't heard a peep out of him. It gets hard for guys to fit in later in the year if the team has good chemistry too - but in this case maybe if he makes it back he'll be just what they need to ignite a spark.

ooh Atlanta up 4-1 on the Pens. Lemieux with a shorthanded tally though - did anyone see that goal?
