I'm probably the biggest caps fan in this thread and despite the controversial non-goal talk, even I said they shouldn't have been in that situation in the first place... they just stunk it up to high hell.

I hate the NHL instant-replay review system. Look at the ref, he points repeatedly and enthusiastically at the goal! Oh wait, without hesitation he goes over to the booth for review. What? Looked like you were damn sure it was a goal and now you need to call for help? Why have you at all? They're just going to review it anyway. Either get rid of him, or let him make the call. I think they switch to a challenge system if a team thinks he was wrong.

Also, while you're at it get rid of the trapezoid and implement automatic icing. Then we can talk about increasing ice size a wee bit.
