Clearly the 1-loss Niners can't, but you already know a team could have a perfect regular season and choke in their first playoff game after the wild card round.

Yes, that is the only way that would happen and the Niners can't, as you say.

If the Colts ultimately secure the #1 draft pick, do they draft Luck and cut ties with Manning?

Luck is a Colt regardless of what happens with Manning unless the Colts lose the pick or he refuses to play for them.

just throwing it out there

In the national football league, if you're horde, and the playcall is ghost 8 split right whisky 9 solo trap, and you have a a red elf bloodmage showing blitz, you need to check the paladin down on a z slot x ray rocket dallas formation and throw a nine sided die to hurt his health points!

/ok this made me lol

😕 Bills played awful today. The offense never got going.

2 Jets drives sustained on ridiculous PI calls, 2 Buffalo drives killed by lack of refs throwing flags for PI.

And no, Buffalo didn't play well through the first 3 quarters. Gameplan was awful. I went into this game hoping that their game plan was to make Revis and Cromartie actually work to live up to their reputations (which is how the Jets got blown out repeatedly early on this season - attack their "elite" corners). All Buffalo did all day was try to run it against an obviously stacked front all day long.

Rivers thought last week was the worst day ever?

2 pick sixes so far for him today.
Rivers' 3 TD passes to Aaron Rodgers just 1. 😉

Annoyed that Fox's Game of the Week locally is Pats/Giants, unable to receive KCOP DT2 which might be broadcasting the Chargers/Packers. :/

Er, sorry the second PI called on the Bills was just blatant. And IIRC the Bills lucked out with a no facemask call on their only TD drive.
