Did they change something? Buffalo vs. Rams - I saw a play where the tight end went out of bounds, and the clock kept running. They threw a flag last play of the 1st quarter... and the clock kept running. Did I miss a rules change somewhere? I thought the clock always stopped on out-of-bounds or a penalty.

The Bills are getting raped by the refs, too. They deserve it, though. Playing sloppy and poor most of the game is not going to get it done against most teams. Fortunately, they're playing the Rams today.
