Niners just gave up on the game.

Interesting fact: Alex Smith beat the Skittles in their own home a few times.

LOLOL

Did anyone just catch that crock of shit "story" Collinsworth just told?

That the gang members in Richard Sherman's neighborhood respected his mom so much that they refused to let him hang out with the gang so he could go to college?

Oh, man, I just got done drying my eyes.

Don't get me wrong - it's great that he made it out of the hood and into Stanford, but that is too much, my friends.

I see "after-school special" in someone's future.

So is Kaepernick going to shave one of his eyebrow? Or is he going to pull a Rogers?

man I can't believe the 49ers @ Seahawks game turned out to be a dud. Not even competitive and like 30 penalties throughout the game (gotta be close to a record)

I'm looking around the league, and I'm thinking Jay Cutler lucked into a great time to be a FA. Unless things fall apart the Bears will have to pay him a ton.

Teams that might be willing to pay a FA QB next season:

Tampa Bay
Jacksonville
Oakland
St. Louis
Cleveland
Minnesota
Tennessee
San Diego
NY Jets

That's a lot of landing spots in a "win now" league.

and what a pick by Sherman, dang

I think he was baiting Kap. SEA shut down the SF receivers all game. GB played a lot of zone and SF ate them alive. This week SF receivers couldn't get open. It will be hard for other teams to replicate as SEA has the benefit of a great secondary.

complete idiocy that SF didn't throw more screens and that Kaepernick didn't run more to take advantage of an aggressive man to man defense.

Apparently there are a bunch of rumors that Josh Freeman is seeking a trade

That situation in Tampa is really toxic. I think they'd overpay for Cutler next season.

I would be shocked if they got Cutler. If Tampa does have another sucky season I would expect them to have a rebuilding year in 2014 and just draft a QB.

But they just signed all of those veterans like Goldson and Vincent Jackson. They need to win now.

I hope Cutler resigns with the Bears, and I think the chances of that are probably pretty high. If he doesn't I see TB as the top likely destination for him.

Of course - if Al Davis were still alive he'd pay Cutler $300 million next year, but he ain't.

Seattle was 8-0 last year at home. They beat the 49ers 42-13 in week 16. I was surprised the 49ers failed to reach 10 points but losing and by a wide margin should not have been a surprise.

Minnesota surprising as well

Minnesota looked like crap. A freak return for TD, and a freak bounce giving them an interception are the only reason they lost by 1 point and not 14.

If it wasn't raining cutler would not have fumbled that ball either. Allen didn't even hit the ball he just lost the grip on it because it was wet.

what a terrible weekend of football

The only 1 oclock game I could watch was the Browns/Ravens. It got so boring I ended up watching youtube videos of endzone dances and player miked up.

Then the Lions were on at 4. Of course they found a way to lose. They suck so bad.

I fell asleep waiting for Seattle to stop hiding from the rain. Really...they can't afford lightning rods? Really?

And of course my fantasy team got smashed because my key players all decided to take naps instead of playing in their games.

Watched the red zone channel for the first time since the jets played thursday, as a god bit more entertaining than I'd have though especially near the end of the first set of games when half of them went down to the last drive.

Hoping shittsburgh lays a steaming egg tonight for all the fans out there.

Tough loss by tampa followed by heading to NE. Not looking good there.

Looking forward to hearing the deadskin recap this week :)

Philly, you made the chargers look good.

Jacksonville, at least your on the field play is the one thing I can identify as looking more horrid than your helmet.

If KC wins next week, that will make the games with denver of key playoff importance.

Meriweather will probably get a nice fine and a game off. 2 direct head shots, and the second cause him to knock himself out, idiot.

Can we call for a moratorium on these weather delays, it's football people.

As I said last week. Was it Davis/Boldin, Kaep, or the Green Bay defense that allowed Kaep to throw all over them last week?

Fact: RG III (Not a very pocket passer) threw for over 320 yards and 3 TDs on the packers.

And then when Kaep is throwing against a team that is known to have a decent defense. Throws for 127 yards.

Just saying.
