If webb even plays average as a full game QB, he should make enough points in the WR spot to beat about any non-exceptional true WR performance. After a little more than a half last week he pulled in almost a 10 point performance.

Collie gone.....may have to change which team I picked for that game.

I'm confused. So he plays both positions? If I put him in as QB, he'll still get any points for WR spot or vice versa?

He's a QB/WR combo in Yahoo! leagues. That means he can either be rostered in a QB or WR position. For a WR he offers a huge upside.

Not many players ever come with a multi spot designation. Marques Colston had a TE/WR combo his rookie year and was a MONSTER at the TE slot in most leagues. This year Danny Woodhead has a WR/RB combo which is a nice flex play if you need to fill a lot of WR positions (my league does three).

If Webb puts up similar rushing yards and a TD or two he'll win some championships for some people at the WR position.

Thanks. I've got Sanchez and Henne for QB, not great. Deon Branch, Jennings and Hines ward at WR. Thinking I should risk it at do Webb instead of Ward.

Or should I put webb at QB? Sorry to side track with fantasy, but this is my first time and I'm in the finals with guys from work. I would have bragging rights for a year if I can pull this off.

webb at QB would be a weak choice unless your others are really dog bad, and you'd have to rely on favre not taking the start. as was said though, if you are allowed to toss him in as a WR spot, a modest output (particularly since he is also a runner) should easily get you at worst an average WR number and the chance for much more at the WR spot.

Webb in place of Ward. Picked up Kitna as a QB which was my weakest position.

Puts me in a tough spot because I'm hoping Favre doesn't start, but since Ward plays tonight I have to make the call before knowing what's going on with Favre. Thanks for the help. Ward hasn't really done much for me all season.

Doing a lot of searching and people are pissed at Yahoo for allowing Webb to be in the WR position, even though that's what he was listed as the start of the season.
