The Colts are pissing me off. A friend just told me that he heard that Melvin Bullitt is about ready to come back and would definitely be ready for the playoffs had the Colts not IRed him. Instead, they keep Mr. Glass (Bob Sanders) around through the first 13 weeks and THEN decide to IR him. DAMN IT.

You just know bob sanders is going to go to another afc-south team and light up the colts without getting injured, right? :p

What will likely happen is that the Colts will finally wise up and get rid of Bob Sanders. He'll sign a vet-minimum, 1 year contract with a team and play lights out. He'll get a huge extension and then return to his glass-like form.

IIRC (and I am too lazy to verify), the one year he played all season and was the defensive MVP was the year he was up for a new contract.

Cowboy fans. If you want to sign Kitna and waive Romo, then go for it. If you believe your future is with Kitna and not Romo, then you are also delusional.

You're not going to the playoffs this year.

Your entire team quit on their head coach, even if he was Bum's Son.

Honestly, if I was Jerry Jones, I would have marched down to the locker room, after firing Wade and fired every single Cowboy in uniform. I would have signed the practice squad for league minimum and put them out on the field with Garrett as their head coach. My team would have won exactly zero games, but at least I could say that the team on the field now plays, not only with their heads, but their hearts as well.

I had to laugh last year when #4 put on his purple uniform. Vikes fans were all up in my face saying that we got Favre. He's gonna light suckas up and school fools in the secondary. And, for one year, they were right.

One Year.

And now what do you have? Another team that quit on their head coach. Granted, beating the Bills isn't exactly rocket science, but note who you had in there. Tavaris Jackson.

Yes, not a great game by him. And AP picked you guys up and ran fools over. But you're still out to pasture this year, and probably next year.[/rant]

Pats/Bears looks like the best game.

Yeah could be interesting. I'm sort of a Bears fan but I refuse to make football predictions. Depends on which Bears offense shows up and if their usual stellar defense can slow Brady at all. Should be fun, too bad I'll be busy and can't watch.

Minnesota and Favre are still delusional about his status. He needs to be benched, I can't believe they are even considering letting him play!

The guy is all kinds of beat up, and one of the worst (stats wise) QB's in the league right now.

[stupid coach]Hmmm, geez guys, let's hope he can start for us on Sunday. We'll let him make the decision.[/stupid coach]

lol, its not like Minnesota has a chance at the playoffs, and its not like the Vikings are sitting on a young future franchise QB like the Packers were with Rodgers when they still had Favre, so there's no pressing need to try and get such a player valuable playing time to prepare for next season, might as well let a legend make up his own mind at this point

so how did the game end, from stats it looked like time ran out for the touchdown pass...did they give them an untimed extra point?

A win is a win, and I'll take it. The Colts D and special teams obviously had issues. The offense looked very good.
