I didn't watch the game so I can't say this for sure, but it seems like the Ravens win ugly pretty often.

They often have surprisingly rocky performances on the road for a good team, but at home they're much, much better. Almost losing to the Cowgirls was chilling.

Yeah as far as picking the games this is the second week this year where the high scores for the week are really low.

Overreact much? Okay so they looked pretty horrible but you're pretty quick to say the sky is falling. Remember, they share a division with the Titans and Jaguars.

They lost to the Jags once already and IMO, that was a far more embarrassing loss than losing to the Jets. I couldn't believe most people seemed to be picking the Colts against the Jets. I'd say the Jets are at least mediocre, whereas the Colts are just bad.

My money would be on that "honor" going to the Browns.

The Browns do suck but they have been competitive and played hard in many games. When I look at the worst teams in the league, here is who I think about:

Jags
Chiefs

The Colts are probably better than those two teams (and maybe better than a couple more), but I'm not counting on many more wins this year. 5 wins at the absolute best but I tend to think they'll get 2 more at the most.

Drew Brees looked like a bust until the Chargers drafted Rivers. The difference between the season before and the season after that draft is remarkable. 11 TD, 15 INT, 5.9 YPA, 2 wins --> 27 TD, 7 INT, 7.9 YPA, 11 wins

They did beat the Packers, remember. Then again, this year has been pretty crazy, "bad" teams losing to "good" ones, and then the good teams bouncing back. You never know what will happen.

As a long time Fins fan, don't remind me about that.

Fins could picked Brees but noooooo, they got the leftover QB (Culpepper) from the Vikes and we all know how that turned out.

Yes, I expect they'll beat a team or two that I didn't expect (like the Packers) and lose to teams they should beat (like the Jags).

regretting your choice yet???

Heavens no. Had Griffens mom not died I would have picked redskins . Vikes are a better team but Vikes struggle against GOOD or Great rookie QBs . Vikes have won more games this year than I thought they would . I enjoying watching them now again. They remind of the old purple people eaters . Its going to be a good team . They need a good uninjurred reciever to complament Harvin . Washington is going to win alot of games in the coming years . That RGIII is really fun to watch play . The Vikes lost that game on coaching but ever aspect of the game has improved greatly for the Vikes. As I said vikes need a reciever that isn't damaged goods . They new he was injured his other team that is . I new the first week he played when he fell in the endzone he had a bad back . I do the same thing and let me tell that reciever is over with L4 or l5 is ruptured He is done with football . watch and see I feel bad for him the pain is really high.
As far as coaching the vikes need a new receiver coach. If I was the vikes i know who I would hire Chris Carter

what happened to super mario? He doesn't did squash for the bills pass rush at all this season.

is he like C2JK after the big contract the bills gave him?

reports are that his hand is still pretty banged up, which for his position, makes it pretty difficult to slip past the O-line. :\

if his hands are banged up, shouldn't he rest, so it could fully heal; He's pretty much useless for the bills right now.

I'm not making any excuses for him, but supposedly he's been playing with some sort of wrist injury and possibly some other sort of ailment as well. His hand I know has been wrapped and/or in a cast since the season started, even though he HASN'T been listed on any injury report this year - to which the league has just started investigating about.

Other than that, my guess is that the defensive line talent was overstated as a whole and the secondary was completely overlooked going into the season (which I said before week 1 would be the Achilles heel just like it proved to be for the Giants), and it has been exactly to a T. Can't be a great DE if your secondary can't give you enough coverage time to get to the QB.

Maybe it is just you, compare first 4 season of Ryan and Brees, this year Ryan is frontrunner for MVP after 6 games.

Ryan has 5 INTs the last two games. He should not be frontrunner for it right now.

Rodgers, Brady, Brees and Peyton are elite. Elite is a select few and he isn't in that group. There are still a few more ahead of him.

If someone is to rank a QB by their wins and low turnovers then Alex Smith would be considered elite and that isn't even close to true.

Broncos are giving this game away

They've given quite a few away this season.

The Broncos just don't make sense to me, 3 outta 4 downs they are spot on, one of the better teams, and then on the other down they give it all away.

Makes me call into question the entire coaching staff of the team.

Peyton this year has looked like...Rivers last year.

I don't know if it's an issue of playing well with his receivers, being on the same page and all that, but in the 2.5 Denver games I have watched, Peyton has looked plain awful.
