Who will win the Superbowl?

  • Indianapolis Colts

  • New Orleans Saints

  • I don't care, I just watch it for the commercials and wardrobe malfunctions

After watching the last two minutes of the first half I had no desire to watch the second half. The Colts horrible play calling in that awful sequence showed that they were going to lose. My wife wanted to watch some of the second half but I could have cared less. I felt like I was watching Philip Fulmer calling offensive plays for the Colts, it was that bad.

On the positive side, my mom went to Vegas and asked me for advice on the big game and I told her the Saints would win by 14 points. I hope she bet lots of money for me =).

No, luck in that they beat a team barely that had 7 turnovers. Luck that the Colts played a pathetic game. Luck on a bounce on an on-sides kick. I really don't care about either team, but I just don't have any respect for the Saints or their so called accomplishment.

i live in houston, so now i get to listen to all the bandwagon saints 'fans' brag about their 'team' for the rest of the year...yay...

And what if the Vikings were on their A game? You don't think all those turn overs and specifically the int at the end didn't help the saints?

This all proves that Favre could have easily walked away with the Lombardy trophy...and into retirement a hero. That is what I wanted to see.

That's too bad if that happened (I turned it off). He needs to man up and properly congratulate the winner -- after all, this is Indy, not New England. 🙂

Lol . I guess he did . He called up Farve and congratulated the Vikes for being the best team in the NFL.
The refereres stayed out of this game and no late hits . on manning . I doubt the New head official will be fired like the last one after the Vikes saints game was. The League won't have to apologise for bad calls either since there weren't any tonight . LOL . Vikes the Best team in 2010. Had the officials not been bought off.

Are you referring the referree or the NFL's head official. that NFL head official announced his retirement last year.

he seems to be a genuine guy and does admit some bad calls on segments on NFL network but most of those admissions were on ticky tack ones. When controversial ones come up, he tows the NFL line comes out defends the calls.

Like the aaron rodgers face mask non call.

You may see a small family or a few friends but that is it. 99% of the people outside of Louisiana are bandwagon fans.

Yes, b/c after Katrina. all die hard Saints fans would have stayed even if they lost everything and could live with relatives elsewhere or find work out of state.

Look what I quoted

I am just twisting his own logic to fit my argument

that just because they squeaked by the Vikings that they did not have any significant accomplishments and none of their wins have any merit

or the logic that the Colts are clearly the better team yet lost

Actually, a lot of people went back to New Orleans. I live in Memphis and you come across some scattered families or friends but outside of that most seemed to have moved back to New Orleans. But watching the news and seeing a hundred Saints fans at a bar being televised, yeah right.

Last year really . It was just announced last week. After the NFC championship. After the league admitted that the High low hit on Farve when he got injured should have been a penelity and that the interception wouldn't have counted . There were 15 hits on farve in the game 6 were late hits . Officials in the league work for the gaming industry and not football gaming . Betting gaming. The week befor the playoffs go look at the upsets . Who do you think the bets were on . LOL. The game has been made null &Void by big money betting.

I don't really understand how anyone can hate Peyton. He's just good and doesn't do anything annoying like a lot of guys. :hmm:

KT

I hate Manning. Always have, and I don't really have a great reason for it, but it's sports... so I don't need a good reason. 😀
