Well, so far I'm working less and have spent more time with family.

Goal that I didn't have listed was to get completely out of debt: I have paid off my home and one of my cars since Jan. 1. One car to go! 😀

Might just keep my job as working conditions have changed and my boss now sees firsthand what it takes and is taking steps to correct it (Since his boss sent him to Mexico over New Years and he's spent lots of time cleaning up the messes! 😀)
