Pac-12 representin'. UCLA and Colorado both have really good chances to win tomorrow too, i think. People wouldn't be so surprised at the Pac-12's success in the tournament if ESPN devoted maybe 5 minutes a year to the Pac-12 conference. EAST COAST BIAS!

Anyways, great day of hoops! Nothin better than the tournament. I wish they would leave it alone and not go to 96 teams.
 
damn, went to bed with a perfect sheet, other than not picking against pitt like I wanted to, and woke up with an elite 8 team out. other than new mexico being a choking dog, not hurt by the couple losses as they were all teams I expected to lose in the next game.
 
Pittsburgh just had a horrible shooting day, which can happen to any team, but Pitt has been known to choke in the Tourney, from what I heard anyways....from some guy.

Someone in the atot bracket tourney "James's Victorious Bracket " is 15-16 with Pitt as the only wrong pick, holy damn! That means he picked Harvard to win. HARVARD. Plus he had Cali/Oregon advancing. Haven't seen pickin that good since the sleepy banjo boys

Well, I'm from LA, and went to Cal, so Pac 12 winner and my undergrad school were easy picks. But, I did wake up and go, "ooh, I picked harvard to win in the first round? cool!"

Just lucky. I'm bound to fall apart by the end, I have UCLA going to the championship game. Something that probably won't happen.
 
Well regardless of how your bracket turns out it was an awesome day 1 😛 - UCLA lost one of their better players to a broken foot in the Pac-12 tourney but Ben Howland is a great coach. They could beat Minnesota but hard to imagine them getting past Florida.

Anywhooo, let's see what games are on today.... Well Colorado vs Illinois is about the only one I'm interested in watching but I'm always up for buzzer beaters and upsets no matter where they come from.
 
I been a Pitt fan for a long time and they are big time choke artists. I have come to the conclusion that Pitt will never get to the final 4. They tapped out in the first round of the big east tournament and now tapped out in the first round of the NCAA.
 
My brackets are fucked in my main money league. This is going to be my worst finish ever. Was really hoping to crack the top 3 after getting 5th last year, but damn it Bucknell, Davidson, and New Mexico losing all killed me.

Time to start some side bets to keep my interest up.

We went to the Oregon vs Oklahoma St game yesterday - our first time attending the NCAA tournament.

I thought there would be more Production. Game was great as Oregon won (GO DUCKS!) but the announcing and overall production quality sucked with WAY too many TV time-outs.

Just read that's Georgetown's fifth straight loss to a double digit seed. So mental note for next year, pick Georgetown to lose no matter what
 
I knew Georgetown was way overrated, and Syracuse, too. They will fall to Cal methinks.

Dat alleyoop with 2 mins to go! Looked like something the Clippers would do and they made it look effortless. Best highlight of the tourney so far.

I hope you're right, but Cal doesn't have much outside of a (very) good starting backcourt.

At any rate, Go Bears!

ND deserves to lose with those ugly uniforms they trotted out.

That was siiiiiiick. And I'm a Big East homer b/c I keep picking G-Town to actually get semi-deep in the tourney and every year they SUCK. F U John Thompson III, horrible horrible choke artist coach with 1/1000 of the genes of his dad who actually did something with talent. smh.
