Official NBA draft thread.

Being a fan of the U of Utah I think it will be awesome if they have the #1 pick with football and basketball. Will it be Bogut or Williams #1?

It looks like the Jazz and trading up to #3 already with Portland.

Who do you want your team to get?

That's pretty amazing that a smaller school like Utah having both the #1 picks in the same year. Everything I've read leads me to believe Bogut going #1.

As long as the Nugs get a good SG, I'm okay. But, I hear they are leaning hard to get McCants, which leaves me a little nervous seeing as he has a bad attitude.

yeah i just want to see where antoine wright goes... first texas a&m basketball player in the nba in a long long time.

I think Bogut to the Bucks is a done deal..

Atl really needs a PG, but with Marvin Williams sitting there, I'm not sure they will go that route....Utah is really in good shape, they want Chris Paul or Deron Williams, and now they'll get one of them...not sure I would have given up that third #1 pick, but then again it belongs to the Pistons for next year's draft, so it will be a late pick...

I love the draft!

How many busts does the NBA draft have? Man every year its hype this player and that one, and then most of them end up being a bunch of bums. Then you have second round picks who start and make an all-star team or two. The NBA draft is a crapshoot, almost as bad as the MLB draft, which is why I cannot get into it every year.

*bump*

Someone message a mod to get this stickied for tonight...

I wonder who the Nets are going to pick at #15...

You're Surprised?

the hawks seem to have good trade bait with Josh Smith, Josh Childress, Al Harrington, and now Marvin Williams all playing basically the same position.

what a waste of a 5th pick.

I think it was an okay pick. They needed a PG, and it's not like Felton is a total scrub. Having some UNC players will help fill a few seats.

If Sean May is there at 13, I think they'll take him too.
