I really like the look of the One X/S, it may be my next phone seeing as my upgrade is on May 5th. I was thinking of getting the international version for tegra 3 but I'm not sure I want to pay the extra 400$ or so over an upgrade price.
 
I'd rather get the Krait version myself. Integrated LTE means better battery life. Both CPU and GPU performance trades with Tegra3 so there's no loss there either. Anything single or dual-threaded will have a large bonus too.
