Talee1977, I think you need a new power supply. 380W is minimal at best. If you decide to get a new supply I would get at least 500W, and the higher the current rating on the 12V rails the better. Check out the article below (yes it is dated but it has an interesting page on how much power the individual components of a PC use.)
