"When you fumbled in the end zone, Tony . . . what were you thinking?"

"Darn it. I sucked."

That makes me almost like him.

Yeah! What? You missed that candid beaver shot just before the Aflac commercial?

😉

Lol, CSN post game with the guv (Ed Rendell.)

Guv, "They couldn't cover Whitten. Hey, didn't we have a chance to draft Whitten? Who'd we draft instead?"

"LJ Smith."

Black former Eagles RB Vaughn Hebron, "Creamy Philly."

😉

Good god - that was the most insane first half ever.

-The Eagles run D surprised me. I thought that would be a weakness, but they stuffed Barber pretty well.
-Receivers are definitely hurting them. They had dropped balls & McNabb had all the time in the world with no one to throw to.
-Dallas needs to clean up these penalties, it's gonna kill them in some games.
-Felix Jones is nasty.

Eagles were getting killed by the deep ball. And I don't understand why..., Sheldon Brown, Asante Samuel, Brian Dawkins and Lito Sheppard???

Well the Cowboys line played great, same as on the other side (except more so cuz the weapons are better)...you can't give a QB time like that.

Plus, I've said it a million times, the Eagles secondary is and always has been overrated. They're ball hawks (and Asante is the epitome of this), they get turnovers, but if there's no pass rush they WILL get burned. Dawkins had some nice plays but he's not as rangey as he used to be, and the rest of the secondary is just overrated.

Jackson is a f*cking retard.

lol did you guys see in the postgame they showed the footage of his college game where he did a swan dive from the 5 yard line and fumbled it at the 1 yard lol

He hasn't learned from that!

Very entertaining game, I was sad to see my eagles lose but those are the breaks.

I thought I was watching an old AFC West Showdown between the Chargers and Raiders in the first half.

I thought both teams made about the same number of mistakes, unfortunately that last fumble came at the worst possible time.

Philly needs to establish a power running game in order to close out these type of games, unfortunately they don't have the personnel, or the mindset from the players or the coaches to do so.

Romo really surprised me how he rebounded from that rough stretch early in the game, if he continues to mature and play like that Dallas can make some noise in the playoffs.

Now I will be really interested to see how Dallas and NYG go head to head.

Only week two and its shaping up to be a really good season for football fans.

Good scoring game by the boys last night. The barbarian scored enough to win my first game and Romo almost won my second; I'll need to look at final actual score vice my end of game tabulation but I think it can down to the negative points from the INT and fumble that lost it.

For actual football, with the skins finally showing signs of being a real team this week we've now seen all 4 NFC-E teams put out high offense production. Gonna make it difficult for any non east team to snag a wildcard unless there is a collapse in this division.

Are they overrated or is TO just that good (he said he's the fastest he's ever been). You act like it's EASY to cover T-O, easily the best WR in the NFL right now. The only time they were shutting him down was with double coverage in teh 2nd half, and then that left Witten open. All of T-O's TD's were in man coverage. So, are they overrated because they bit on Romo's very good pump fakes in man coverage? Maybe. And while B-Dawk has definitely lost a step, he shouldn't have to help as much as he did with that all-star trio. I would say even though they're top 5 in the league, noone is going to be able to stop T-O when he's on and Romo's passing perfectly like last night.
