My W/L ratio was around 1.1, then I went on a FFA kick for a few days, and I finished first a couple of times, but the majority of it was a 2nd or 3rd place. I checked my W/l ratio again, then it was 0.49. 😱

I assume so, because one the challenge for FFA is placing 1st through 3rd.
 
12 games in a row the other team was using the infinite care package exploit. Unacceptable number of glitches in this game.

While I've never seen the Care Package exploit (knock on wood), you're right about the glitches. It's absurd. A beta would have flushed most of them out and would have given them an opportunity to rectify some gameplay mechanics that have irked most of the players.

On a lighter note, I played 3 matches yesterday and went 14:1, 20:1, and 26:1. The 14:1 was a matched that I joined halfway in progress. Talk about being in the zone!

Nice. I actually went 20-2 on one of those care package glitch maps. Other team was glitching. I had, what's now my standard due to the endless glitching, m4+silence, scavenge, cold blood, and ninja on, and was killing all of the idiots running around trying to snatch care packages. Their air support couldn't do jack to me with cold blooded on, and I didn't care to knock them down.

Cold blooded is awesome. Can't tell you how many times a predator has been on my head only to move away to another location...love it.
 
so i finally got a 25 killstreak last night on wasteland, camping the 2 houses on copter side.
the setup of harrier strike, pavelow, chopper gunner works really well. as long as you can hit 7, you are 99% guaranteed to get the pavelow and chopper gunner.

as soon as i hit 25-0 everyone started saying "gg everyone" LOL and asking "nuke coming?"

i had to reply, nope i don't equip nuke as i never thought i'd come close to getting a 25 kill streak. but next map, i went back down to earth and barely kept a 1:1 ratio on karachi. my scores are so map dependent. i can never do well on high rise for some reason..

i finished that game 30-2 due to 2 predator missles
 
😛 usually i can keep almost a 2:1 ratio
but certain maps, for the life of me, i can't buy a kill

i'm using the silenced ak47 now, and i must say i did a 180 on the ak.
w/o silencer i can't hit the side of a barn, with it, it's almost as deadly
as the m4 now. <3 it. i cycled thru all attachments and the silencer is the only
one that works for me.

i'm closing in on 1000 kills for markman VIII i believe. im at 965.
already got 1000 kills for the m4, m16, scar, acr, p90, and aug ^_^

haha...I did something similar, but on my cousin's account 🙁. On Wasteland, equiped with Predator, Harrier, Chopper. Went 25-0, died a couple times, and then got another chopper. Ended at 48-3. Best I had ever done, but on my cousin's account. Have been trying to emulate that on my own, but can't ever seem to match it.

i always play better on someone else's pc/xbox/ps3 for some reason also.
 
Yeah, I think my highest killing match ever was also on Wasteland...that's when my Harrier and Pave Low just laid waste to 'em...twas scary.
 
Ran into my first care package glitchers. Three douchebags (at prestige 10 of course) had the skies absolutely packed with Harriers and Pave Lows. Managed to go a respectable 7 - 1 while my team got slaughtered.

We were dominating them until they got their first CP. Then it was over.

Happened to me tonight on multiple matches. Once they got it going there was constantly a C-130 dropping four packages. They had sentry guns defending their stash while they kept calling in air support. Of course we lost two domination matches because they were too busy messing with the 20+ care packages on the ground.
 
Every game tonight also had infinite care package exploiters (except the one game of sabotage). I think I'm about done with this game.
 
anyone have info/charts on the time it takes to draw out you're secondary guns? Can't seem to find anything on that.

There are some nights where I'll play 1-2 matches and just give up entirely, just because of the random deaths, care package glitches, noob-tubers (which I can tolerate at times as long as they aren't being completely lucky with their shots) etc. that happen against my team. Frustrates the shit out of me at times.

Man, I haven't heard that one before...

Instead of people saying "I'm done with the game because of X problem" why not just take a break from MW2 and come back when they fix the thing? I've only played a few games in the past few weeks, most of my time has been with Forza 3, Tekken 6, Street Fighter IV, or Batman: AA.
