usually i get ammo, uav or counter uav

but lately i've gotten chopper gunner a LOT.
it's just the random luck of the draw.

i almost hate getting ac130 now as chopper gunner > ac130 by FAR
 
I have a really bad habit of reloading too soon after a kill. Anybody else do this? This usually gets me killed, and is the reason why I need slight of hand on.

One match..I was getting so pissed as my first two cp were ammo, uav. Next two on the same match were both Chopper Gunners 😀
 
bad habit from cs that i still do now also, gets me killed all the time when a 2nd or 3rd enemy is right around the corner

Yap. I used to get killed when I first started playing CS b/c I would forget to reload, so I made it a habit to remember to reload. Now it's getting me killed..lol. I can still remember saying f'ing reload after dying, and now I'm doing it again for the opposite reason..haha

I do this as well. Heck, I even reload after 4 bullets. It's all subconscious too...fire, kill, hit square. It's really bad on the rare occasion I use an LMG. The only gun I don't reload right away is the sniper rifles.

That's why my LMG of choice is the AUG. It has a regular magazine like the ARs, though on the downside it only holds 42 rounds per mag, instead of the 50+ the rest of the LMGs hold.

I'm the same with the sniper rifle, it's the only one I wont reload after a few shots.

Yep. I've gotten better about ducking behind cover when I need to reload though. Just as bad is switching weapons and running into an enemy mid-switch.
 
alright guys, i want to buy this, but i hear so many people bitching about how its worse than the one before it, and there are too many glitches etc. is this true? it seems like a lot of people (at least from what i read on the internet; i know, not always believable, and most of these people are probably whiny bitches) are stopping playing.

is it really THAT bad? i want to get it on PS3 if that helps.

I've played several dozen matches and I've yet to be in a match with glitches (that I noticed anyways). The knife runners are damn annoying though. They need to be nerfed.

Damn I can't get into a match to save my life tonight! This seems to be getting worse and worse every day.

Been playing some ME2 though. It might have cured me of COD 😀

While I think there's been more glitches and hack attempts due to the known popularity of the game, I don't think it's as widespread as some folks go on about. I've never been in a game where I thought something fishy was going on. However I think a lot of the glitches have been more prevelent in free for all, demolition, and the capture point one. I only play the TDMs so maybe that's why I don't notice.
 
The claims of glitching are overexaggerated. While they do exist I have never personally been in a glitched game, I think the majority of people here are the same. And I also think it's not as bad on PS3.
 
ive been in tons of glitched games, but then again ive played 50 hrs over the last 2 weeks.
my arms hurt from playing so much, i need a few days to a week off
 
I think my only real complaint (granted I am not as hardcore as most of guys) is it has been a real pain in the a$$ lately to join games/connect. Granted I think much of my problem is the sh*tty DSL service I have but even when that seems ok I have had tons of server issues.

This has really only been the last 10 days or so. Prior to that I was having no issues at all.

ive had games where everyone is 3-4 bars
but the game is running super slow, like my graphics are lagging or something
it's odd, diff from latency lag, its like my pc is running a voodoo 3 or something
 
The only glitch i've ever experienced is one that has already been fixed-the javelin glitch.

If you enter a glitched game its pretty easy to leave and then find a new game.

It's not just you. I have a commercial grade connection with gobs of upload and download bandwidth, and this game is the only one giving me problems. And like you said it's just in the past week or two. It takes longer to find a stable match than it does to play it, and that sucks. It's like they borrowed Gears of War's matchmaking fcukedness code.

especially trying to get into a game with 5+ friends at once, it can get quite frustrating losing 1 or 2 people everytime a lobby splits or joins, having to back out, reinvite, and try it all over again.
