Yikes. Apparently some people are completing the single-player in less than 5 hours.
All the quicker to get to the multiplayer I suppose...
Difficulty level "recruit" that explains it.

Just picked up my copy at gamestop. They had a lot of extra copies and best buy had a TON of copies at the front of the store. They must have sent out a ton of copies to stores.
I'll be on later tonight around 8:00 or so if any of you guys are around.

I'll be online tonight if anybody wants to join up.
It's been a long time since I played MW1 (I gameflied it and just played the SP campaign when it was released) but I don't recall it being 60FPS like MW2. That really surprised me about MW2 - I haven't noticed the framerate drop once and it still looks pretty good.
I'll add you as a friend on PSN.
My PSN: slimkay
We need to get an Anandtech clan and have game nights for MW2. I'd really like to play some CTF or search and destroy with a good group of guys.
one big complaint with the online multiplayer - emblems are stupid and titles are stupid - they're distracting and take up the right hand corner of my screen. also, i shouldn't have to see fucking 5 notifications on my screen for killing 1 guy - "1 shot 1 kill, longshot, headshot, revenge, and buzzkill"
