Amazin' win by the Mets last night. Harvey was dope for 8 innings (10k's) and they got to Rivera in the ninth. Too bad the Mets lineup couldn't do anything to Kuroda who is having a fine year himself. Harvey should have more wins but what can ya do with that Mets offense. Now its on to Yankee Stadium for another two game series.

Can't believe I had tickets to the game but gave it to my friend instead. grrr.
 
Another win for my crappy Mets against those Yanks! How the hell did the Yanks get all those wins with that lineup?
 
Subway Sweep by the Mets! Nice game by Gee and Parnell has done a nice job as closer this season. It must be the beard! That Yankee lineup is dreadful.

It might look dreadful, but they've been doing well enough so far. That division is in reverse order of how it was predicted to be. Gotta love baseball that way. 🙂

BTW, thumbs up to the Phillies org for the nice gesture to Ellsbury who stole 5 bases:

Embarrassing effort by the terrible Metropolitans. Poor Harvey should have way more wins but noooooooooo..mets can't hit shit! Amazin' how they can't beat the Marlins. They probably can't beat the Astros too. bums!
 
As a Reds fan, I find it unreal how the Cardinals keep winning with mostly no name players. Says a lot about the organization though. I guess they draft well.

They've always assigned Ron and Keith to specific series. No doubt Keith will be in the booth for the series against the Cards. I wonder who the Mets will call up. Duda can play first but it may be best to just leave him in the outfield.
