I knew he was going to do it when he doubled with 0 out in the 6th. Sure enough he banged a HR in the 8th to complete the rare feat.

Grats to the kid from Jersey. He continues to amaze in his sophomore year.

They seem to be turning it around... Offense is getting better. If they can get Hamilton to produce, and once their pitching comes back, they will be better. Might be too late for them though.

Something is gonna happen to the Mets after tonight's loss to the Braves or maybe after they get raped by the new Yankee murderer's row (Overbay, Hafner..etc). Bums are gonna get demoted, a coach will be canned...SOMETHING HAS TO HAPPEN. THIS TEAM IS WORSE THAN I EVER THOUGHT THEY WOULD BE. THEY STINK!

agreed, i think the whole staff needs to be fired, especially the hitting coach. collins has served his purpose and got them through the bad contracts, time to get somebody younger to manage

I lake kawasaki's too. i had a kawasaki KZ 550 and a ninja 600

EDIT: ok that was good. the guy seems nice. his teamates seem to like him and it was a good interview.

yeah he was fun to watch w/ the Mariners last year- tons of energy. Pretty sure he was a fairly big star in Japan- very good player over there - wasn't too great last year for the M's- good to see him having some success this year.

Keep beating the Yankees, Mets. Red Sox back in the division lead with their 32nd win; tied with Texas for the most in MLB.

Rangers crushed this weekend. All 3 losses were heartbreakers too.

EDIT: I should have been clearer, I meant the Rangers were crushed and did not do the crushing 😀

A's have won 9 of 10. Now 9 for 9 against the astros. Poor Astros, hopefully they will at least get the 1st pick next year.
