the replay of last season's finale was revealing ... at first i thought the text was just spoonfeeding newbies, but i didnt realize few things like dr. nadler etc ...

i hope the recap of all seasons/ story so far tonight will be revealing as well ...

i was thinking Ben too because Kate balked when Jack questioned if she visited the funeral or not. But you bring up a good point. Could be Michael too. And Kate has reasons to dislike Michael as well since he sold them out.

As for why Jack is so distraught in the flash-forward - i think it is because he realizes that the Others were actually good people and the guilt of killing some of them is eating him. IIRC, the others didnt really (intentionally) kill any of the Flight 815 survivors, but te survivors killed many of them. What really makes me think that Ben and the Others arent really evil people is when Ben orders his men to shoot Sayid, Jin, and Bernard in the last episode. You hear shots over the walkie-talkie, but later find out that Ben ordered them to shoot the sand and not the three in question. True, they are deceptive, but they didnt harm any of the survivors on purpose

there is more but i cannot seem to recall, maybe lost fansites will have it .. worth seeing re-airing imho ... and i hope the same is true for season recaps tonite ...

my local listings say 7 central for what looks like a recap hour, then 8 central for the actual episode (1 hr). Not sure why OP says 11/10c

They throw in the word Event at the end real stealth like, and they do it to trick people to believe it like y'all do. They advertise 2 Hour Premier Event!, and I too first thought 2 hour episode... but then they'd called it a two hour premier. They can't call it a premier if it's recap, so it's a Premier Event... totally different name, very sly but bravo.
