And he's correct in not visiting them. They were openly hostile towards him.

Whose fault is that? Do you want your president to avoid controversy engendered by his own policies? His father had no problem speaking to them.

I know you aren't that naive DV, so don't play that game. They were openly hostile towards him and there is no intrisic "right" for that group to have the President to speak with them.

We've had plenty of discussions on this issue.

Bush admitted he hasn't done anything to help unite the country. According to Bush "It was pretty divided 4 years ago". Since it's still divided now he's done nothing in 4 years

In all honesty I think kerry is really an atheist judging by his views but to admidt so would be politcal suicide
Most intelligent males are.

Funny how most 'atheists' are as fervent about brandishing science as a weapon against religion as christians etc can be about ..things. Gurr. Americans must have a tilted view about religion though, seeing as how many are following the standard religions with a fervor in the U.S.

I hate to say it but Bush is owning kerry on this question

i would have agreed until bush took an awesome start on the question and ruined it by trying to be too funny too much. and sort of ended lamely. but i really did believe he was gonna pwn kerry on that one.
they both stunk at being real people.
