Lets list some food that we eat that are healthy, nutritious, and tasty.

My healthy foods consists of brown rice, baked chicken breast, and veggies.
Drizzle a teaspoon of olive oil on breast, dash some all-purpose seasoning, and bake at 350-375 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Stir-fry vegetables in high heat for 8-10 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
Plate rice, chicken breast, and veggies all together.
Simple, yet tasty and healthy. Enjoy!!! :beer:

Baked onion:
Don't peel the onion. Use yellow onions.
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
Eat.

It's actually really good. I make a little cajun butter and but that on there.
