That's dumb.

I'll be leaving work early to take the kids out. Our block has tons of young kids so it'll be pretty fun. 🙂

have a good devil's night everyone! 😀

That was last night! And the next kid I see with a roll a toilet paper is getting it shoved up their arse rectal stlye.

yeah, but i wasnt able to post last night, and i wanted to throw out my obligatory devil's night comment. and lol @ the t.p. comment, kids these days stink, perhaps shoving it up their arse will be doing them a favor.

edit: funny story, this girl i know is a devout christian, but still likes to party and go crazy. i said last night to her 'happy devils night', and she freaked 'omg! dont say that!!!' 😀

It was a great night. The kids had a great time and I got some video and pics too.

More people in the neighborhood are becoming very generous offering full size chocolate bars this year. Other years past there were a few people but this year my kids got at least 4 full size chocolate bars (much to the delight of candy bar makers and to the chagrin of nutritionists) after only hitting a max of 18 houses or so.

It was a bit chilly but still nice. Fireworks and crackers were much more common this year up in my neck of the woods (Greater Vancouver area) as fireworks became more accessible and widespread. I was just in Costco a few days before and I actually saw a fireworks counter just as I walked in. Never seen that before here.

On my back deck it was a freakin' fireworks show everywhere you turned and i'm not talking about a couple of 5-ball roman candles. We're talking non-stop continuous fireworks displays that were unheard of last year. Neighbors two doors over had some great ones that were very impressive. Obviously, fireworks are much more competent than when I was a kid.

Anyways, we didn't get that many kids at our place as we expected. We have lots of chocolate left over (woo hoo!). Mah belly will be hurtin' later on.

Are you giving out candy?

No. Nobody comes to our house anyway, our driveway is way too long and scary at night(seriously). We haven't had one trick or treater in the 3 years we've been here, lol.

so you and rossman really are next door neighbors, it's just the driveways that give the appearance of living 6 minutes from eachother. (as opposed to 10 seconds).

Yes and he insists in prancing around the kitchen doing the dishes in the nude, it's really starting to traumatize me!
