wouldn't it be possible for a spammer to have get a hold of a gmail account and abuse it by exchanging gmail invites for valid email accounts? just wondering.

in any case, if anyone is has a spare invite, please pm me. thanks!
 
Dang it, where the heck are my invites? I've had the account for almost a week and no love. Where should I be looking? THey're fairly obvious, aren't they?

i heard it takes up to a week? Different times reported by different people. so no clue.

i'll say it's totally random. i have a friend who i invited more than a week ago (the first set that came to me as a batch of three, before that it was a batch of two) that has not been getting any invites at all. Meanwhile, my wife, who i invited with the same batch of invites with him, have gotten at least three batches of 5 invites that keeps coming back the next day (after i gave them out to AT people the night before).

both accounts are just sitting there and have not been used extensively yet.
 
i was one of the first to get an account, as my cube mate at work has a friend working at google, and got us both on, that's why i get between 5 and 7 invites per day to give out.

This has to be the hottest topic to ever hit ATOT and ATHD. I'm still waiting for invites to give out..

"made in china invite" Now that's funny. Mine's made in France. Got an account but no invites. Half completed. Hope it doesn't break down and cancel on me.
