The problem has been identified, and we are actively working on a resolution. There is no impact to user data or functionality, this is strictly a front-end display issue. I think it depends on where you are in the invitation tree. The higher you are up, the more invitations you will be able to send out -- I dunno, that's just my guess.

EDIT: Only PM I got was from Tanner. Tanner, you did not read my post all the way through. I'll just keep this for another day ... sigh
