Hmm...
I refuse to. 😛
I think that showing stupidity for whatever reasons(being cry baby, racial prejudice, lack of education, bad childhood, lolita complex, whatever) is just wrong and shouldn't be tolerate in a forum of this magnitude.

I see two major factors that transformed Korea into a strong team. Strong teamwork and their coach.
The Korean players work incredibly well as a team. I did some readings on their training methods and a set of protocols and rules they introduced between the players. They follow some strict rules - some against the common trends and values of contemporary Koreans - in order to build up team spirit, developer a strong shared vision and improve overall communication.
A lot of these were introduced since Hiddink was hired as a coach. The man knows what he is doing, introduces his tactics to the team and the players follow it well.
So a world-renowned coach guides them to fight the opponent's weakspot with the Korean team's strong points. And the team follow the instructions well and work great as a team. To top that off, they got home advantage.
IMHO, that's what made this team so strong in this World Cup.
"Effort" means jack squat without proper guidance. They can run around the field all the want for all 90 minutes, but that's not gonna earn them any wins. A team focused towards common goals and aggressively pursues their goals is much more likely to win, and that's what I see from the Korean team. "Cinderella story" is another BS too, which I won't bother to explain why.
