but with oil dropping again, i think we may retest that low

OPEC is going to drastically cut back on their production in an attempt to raise the price.

It could work until some country decides it needs the cash up front and breaks rank.

You can thank the Israelis and the Palestenians. The price of a barrel of oil shot up to almost $50. It has now fallen to almost $40 so expect another soft fall of prices at the pump barring some other flare up.
