Saw the stations on my way to work with gas @ 2.19 to 2.22 here in Cincy.

Drive 25 miles North and typically the gas is about 20 cents cheaper. Might be below $2/gal in the area soon.

Driving around today the lowest price for regular was $2.28 here in East Texas.

Kind of makes me want to take a road trip.

October '07 gas was at the $2.70 mark.

You guys are all lucky; gas was still $3.29 this morning for regular here in WNY at the gas station I drive by in the morning.

$1.98 here in TX. Now who were the people saying the spike in gas prices were caused by increased demand and China going online? What, did China stop buying gas all of a sudden? THIS is where gas prices SHOULD be now. If it gets lower great, but $1.98 is fair.

God damn, I hate NY. Why can't I live in the midwest or even the south. I'll take any state.

My sister in Florida says they are still at $2.70 most everywhere.

Ahhh...a fellow Springfieldian (or Ozarker, if you prefer). I'm surprised we haven't dipped below $2 yet since we've consistently been at the lowest price in the nation for the past year or so. I do see $2.03 listed on gasbuddy.com now.
