EDIT: the fast food isn't the way to go..The oils and the sodium will do a number on your body. Not to mention the cholesterol.

I see soy in your future. And more soy....and even more soy.

I'm vegetarian also but on lifting days, I chug down about 200g of protein from powders alone during the day (morning, late afternoon, and before I go to sleep)

As far as actual food goes, I usually get a good amount of protein from the Chipotle vegetarian burritoes (which are also delicious).

How are your gains going guys? Just wondering.

I am weighing 86Kg in the mornings. The heaviest I have ever weighed and I'm 5"10. I'm not out to gain any weight. The less weight I gain the better, as long as I stay or can cut to 85Kg without too much hassle.

Pretty good here. Last March I was 6'1" 147 lbs. Now I'm 171 lbs, though lately the gains have been coming rather slowly. I do look quite a bit different, which is nice.

Ignore Chiboy, he knows nothing.

I don't eat meat, but eat lots of foods high in protein, and that are relatively lean. Get your calories from HEALTHY sources of food when you can.

EDIT: Woah, didn't realize how old this thread is :p
